Two: one in 1960, the last in 1986, both involving the Australian cricket team.

Right answer. A tied test match refers to a situation where the two teams have scored exactly the same number of runs after 2 complete innings. This has happened only twice in test match history.
Once Australia vs West Indies and then
Australia vs India.
