32 seasons of existence... 1864 previous opportunities not quite fulfilled.

What much-ballyhooed sports streak that fits the above statistics was ended yesterday (Sunday December 16, 2007) and what player ended it ?

Quite right !

I never figure it is anyone's loss in not liking or following a particular sport, as there are SO many to love. Mine happen to be MLB baseball & NFL football. But, should I get cable this coming year I intend to watch some new stuff, maybe even brave a bit of cricket or rugby to see if it grows on me.

Dogspit: Please give a brief explanation of what happened and what was unusual about it.It reads as though someone caught the ball straight from the kick off at a restart and ran straight back with it to score a touchdown without passing the ball to any teammate.The report is like reading something in Welsh: most of it is incomprehensible, being in a foreign language, but some English words are in it and recognisable Big Grin
