Hello. I hope this is not offtopic, cos I don't really know what to do. Somebody has changed password on my Paypal account. What should I do?

Visit paypal.com, look for the "Contact Us" telephone number, and call them. If your password has changed and you didn't change it, my guess is that you answered one of the bogus e-mails from someone claiming to be PayPal, and unwittingly gave away information.
