I don't think anyone's posted about "Loan Sharks" on this forum Many other Risque subjects. But no one's talked about this "class" of scum

The current economic downturn has been a Godsend for certain individuals(in the UK) and for other people involved with them Total Misery in the Long run (who did not think about the Consequences!)
Take for Instance the Woman who Loaned 500 pounds to buy a computer But whose credit rating or something else made it difficult, and through a friend of a friend of got in contact with this Guy who said it's OK, give us so much per month back and we'll
call it square
Sounds OK? But after the First payment they made the excuse it was a mistake and it should have been a higher repayment. Every "payment day" it was the same story then the monthly "payment" become weekly Payments and the Niceness has gone there is Now Violence or Threatening behavior ...and Going to the Police just steps it Up!
And the 500 pound Loan plus the Original interest has been paid and ignored . The Intimidation continues regardless

And this week 1 of these Loan sharks got a small Prison sentence and a "slap on the Wrist" Fine and the Police are to sell off his assets and give the Money back to the Victims (they say...)
FYI That 500 pound loan "grew" by almost 2500% PA to 88,000 pounds!! (over 7 years) An in this case is a modest understatment !
