Polar bear? Or if 'animal' is to include avifauna too then the bird with the longest migration, which was once thought to be the Arctic Skua (the Sooty Shearwater has recently been shown to go further). Both birds fly to avoid winter in both hemispheres and so ought to get a lot of daylight.
I have to give it to you Fred. I looked at the Arctic Skua and it is basically the same as the Arctic Tern which was what I was looking for. And yes , because they migrate from the Arctic to the Antarctic where they can find "all day" sun many months a year, in both places, and because of their migrating path, they get more daylight than any other animals Source
