Got it, SR! The local PBS station ran a good documentary on Churchill last night. The small Manitoba town is on a migration path, and every year in October, the town is overrun by bears, and, even worse, tourists. It seems like every year, some tourist fails to realize that hungry bears are not tame, and will not wait for the zookeeper to feed them.

This usually results in a small decrease in the tourist population.
