I have heard that there is a honey which bees make in the high country, I have tasted a sample, it's certainly different. The honey man told me that the bees fly through the pine forest (where there are few or no flowering plants) and sip the dew which forms on the pine cones ( which contains some dissolved sugars etc.) and turn it into honey.

Is this true? I mean, the honey man doesn't lie, but could he be mistaken?

"Turkish beekeepers set out their bee boxes in pine forests, capturing the flavor and scent that produce this pure and delicious honey."

You have restored someone's faith in her honey man, coldfuse, thank you. In that case, bees make it here in B.C. too.
