Spot on ! Tarsiers, like humans, are all born with blue eyes. The eyes change colors after a few weeks. (My source was PBS !)

Thanks for the answer dancegirl ! Big Grin

Can you find your source , dg? All I found was that the American Crow ( corvus brachyrhynchos since you ask ) and some wolves have blue eyes at birth and their eyes darken with age.

See? One thing about Answerpool is that it's educational Big Grin

No, I can't, Fred Frown
But I agree , searching for answers is educational.
I found this interesting site while searching:

Hold on ! Cheek! Mad The Hungarian Komondor is one of the world's weirdest animals [see your link at no 24]?

I'd have everyone know that the Komondor is the big version of the Puli: the Komondor is to guard sheep from predators and thieves and the Puli is the sheepdog (which breed, incidentally, they mention in the same piece Frown ).Both have that magnificent hair. You'd never think any Puli weird, would you ?

Certainly not! Note that the coat is discoloured when it's white. Mine is dark, with highlights (and no elements were involved in their manufacture ) Smile
