My daughter and I started a cleaning co. and want to incorporate. We would be partners and would probably hire about 10 people by the end of the year. What would be the best type of corporation? My accountant years ago told me I could incorporate and take a weekly paycheck and rest of money would stay in corporation but you could spend it but the corporation would not pay taxes on it. I don't remember what he said the corporation was.
