i went out with this girl for awhile, but after we kissed a couple times, we broke soon after. i think part of the reason had to do with my poor kiss, since it was my first one not involving spin-the-bottle or some game like that...what's the best way to ask her out on another date and to give her another kiss...hopefully a better one now that i've had practice?

Unless a person is REALLY shallow, most of the time people don't break up with someone else for kissing (etc) skills.

If you still like her, just casually ask if she'd like to go to the movies or grab a pizza at a local favorite pizza joint or something like that.

Make it a casual "wanna do something fun" sort of date, not an intense romantic sort of date.

Are you still friends with her?

Since you say she broke up with you, there's probably some reason that she wanted to end it. So she might not just give you a second chance like that. I doubt it's just your kiss, or if that's it at all, but if you want to know, I'd ask her what the deal is, especially if you're still friends with her. Just say you're curious and you were wondering what changed her mind.
