Oh, Honey, I'm so sorry. That must be so scary for you and for your friend. Does the school know she has this problem? You should make sure that the teachers and the principal (or at your school, it might be a Dean or Headmaster) knows about her fainting spells so that they can watch over her a bit and be more prepared to help her. If there is a school nurse, maybe the nurse can convince your friend to get more rest. But beyond that, I'm sorry that there's not very much you can do to protect her. Even if you don't know it, even if it does not feel like much, you help her a lot just by being her friend, so keep doing that.

Just because of her teacher is so bad,as well as our headmaster is so busy with the coming college entrance examination. We students are busy preparing the final examination too,but I know she is more valuable than the examination in my mind,in my life
focus on your studies, your friend is a big concern of course. As an asian I understand what you mean. The only way is to go to the Chinese Consulate. That also might be dificult if she is female. All I can offer is a website. http://www.chinaconsulatesf.org/eng/
if you need more help than that, i know a friend who can offer help.
