Review the course material, then divide it into 45 'bites', then resolve to do one bite a day.

Do you have a classmate with whom you get along well who will be taking the same test? Pairing up to study often makes study time more productive.
If you need extra help, ask your teacher for advice. The school might have a list of tutors or other help available.

what used to work for me was I used to go to city Library, sit on the couch they had in the corner, put my headphones on, and just read.
I found I studied better all alone.
Sometimes also, I don't know if you are old enough to drive, but what used to work also, was I would drive out to a park overlooking the waterfront, roll down the windows, and turn up some music, like classic rock, and study that way.

Just a sugestion..

babs is right. Do not force feed yourself large hunks of material all at once. Study for 15 minutes to a half hour, take a break, go back, review, then go on. Cramming is of no use. One thing that helped me when I was a student was to pretend I was lecturing others on the material; it cemented it in my mind.

Your English is quite good, especially since it is not your first language.
Do you have access to novels written in English? Reading the work of good authors is a good way to get familiar with English sentence structure and usage and is less boring than learning from a textbook.

Maybe you are right.I used to reading novels that in English. But some of them were a little difficult for me to understand. As the lack of time,I can only put them aside now. After the NMET,I'll pick up the habit. It's really very comfortable that reading a book at a summer afternoon.

I do not intend any insult at all, but perhaps reading books meant for younger readers would be an easier, more relaxed approach? There are some wonderful stories written for children that can (and should) be enjoyed by readers of all ages. No one is ever too adult to enjoy Alice in Wonderland, the Laura Ingalls Wilder stories or the Harry Potter books.
I am 38 and still own and read all of these and others.
And I agree with you that it is a wonderful thing to read on a summer afternoon. I spend a great many warm hours on a blanket in my back yard.

I prefer to read some scientific fictions. For I'm fond of it. I think A Brief History Of Time (By Hawking)is so attractive, but for the reason that I'm in China,I can hardly find the origin one.
