Can Crocs and alligators mate naturally?

No, the split between crocodile and alligator is at the "Family" level and interbreeding only occurs at the species level of classification (which is a few classification levels down from the more general Family level). So only species within the crocodile family can breed with each other. And likewise for alligators.

By the way, gators and crocs are both reptiles, not amphibians.

Gharial are in a different family from the others, making it very unlikely. Camians are in the same family as, but a different genus from alligators. It's also unlikely that they can interbreed.
