I think to be in proper keeping with site rules I should have provided the web site: http://www.natureslorephotography.com/More.htmI found it by searching http://images.google.com for luna moth. I didn't see any underwing pictures searching for Argema mittrei or comet moth, but perhaps I just didn't spot them - it may be worth your time to take another look. There are also image searches at http://yahoo.com and http://ditto.com (and, I'm sure, other places as well), that I didn't try, so you may wish to try them as well.

OK, this site shows images (too big to reproduce here, I think) of both male and female A. mittrei, whose common name is given as "Madagaskan Moon Moth." It identifies the image I posted previously as a male, not a female. Serious gender identity issues going on here...
