Hi,
I purchased a Kodak cx4310 camera and downloaded the software that came with it. I also installed 2 usb ports to upgrade my computer. I can't get the photos to transfer to the computer. Can anyone give me a list of things to check?

Neat camera!(and screen name) click HERE then click Camera & Dock Setup, this opens an interactive flash tutorial,click skip intro (bottom right) after answering the next question you will then be taken through a short tutorial about installing the batteries, keep clicking Next until you see "You are ready to transfer pictures to a computer, what will you need." just follow the instructions.
If you still can`t get your pics to yor pc please post back using the Reply link below this post.
