Most people do webcam calls via an instant messenger program. Skype is particularly popular for doing such calls, and tends to be better at handling firewalls than the rest. Most of the popular IM clients, including AIM 6, Yahoo, and Windows Live Messenger also feature the ability to do voice/video calls. (Be sure to use the latest official client!)

Have fun camming!

I have AOL 9.0 VR and I saw you can do it thru IM's. It's called AOL Live Video IM Session. Is this true? Any one have AOL?
