We are going to need more information about the problem that you're experiencing to answer this question.
For instance, you said that "I can still capture pictures using the Epson programs but not the video's."
Can you explain that in a bit more detail. What Epson programs are you talking about? To print an image? To view an image?
Have you tried using the free IrfanView image viewer? If I understand (at least a little) of what you're asking, I think the IrfanView program would do what you want.
If you don't already have IrfanView, you can download a free copy of IrfanView at
http://irfanview.com If you like, you can read my download/installation tutorial for IrfanView at
this page. Then download the free plug-ins for IrfanView, available on the same IrfanView home page. Install both programs.
1. Then attach your camera to the computer and open IrfanView.
2. Click Options
3. Click Start Multimedia Player
4. In the "Look In" box, navigate to your Fuji camera. (See note below).
5. In the Files of Type box at the bottom of the Open Window, select "Video Formats"
6. Depending upon how FujiFilm formats their image storing, you may need to open 1 or more folders to locate the video images.
7. When you find them, double click on the desired video file to play it.
8. Once you have located and played the the file, you can use the IrfanView File menu / Save As command to save the video image to your computer.
See this picture*Note: Sometimes it is hard to determine what drive letter your camera is assigned. It may be named "Fuji" or "FujiFilm". It may be assigned a drive letter like J: or K:
Note the procedure in the picture link above for finding your camera using the "My Computer" utility.
I hope something here will help. I apologize for taking so long to answer. I was hoping that someone who owned a Fuji camera might have a better answer for you.
