What kind of output can the camera do? Does it have firewire or simply RCA (Red+Yellow)?

If it has a firewire port, you can get a firewire card and simply plug the camera in. If you have Windows XP, simply use Windows Movie Maker, or use iMovie with a Mac.

If you have only RCA output, you can use a video capture card such as this kit from Adaptec to import video onto your PC.

A few things to keep in mind: High-quality video takes up a lot of disk space. Be sure you have enough hard drive space!

Yep, the yellow, white and red cables are RCA cables. It should work with the kit I mentioned above or a similar product.
