I am fairly new to digital cameras and need some help.I was looking to replace my current camera with the fuji finepix 6800.which was recommended by a friend and It seemed to have everything I needed, however I need a camera with a full remote facility.
Can anyone help with any ideas. ??

Not sure what you mean by "full remote facility"?
Do you mean like using a TV remote control.?

Yes preferably something simple.
I thought of using a timer, but my problem Is being disabled I cannot move quick enough to get the shot I want.
being a keen angler I want to be able to photograph myself with my catch.

I haven't heard of any such animal, but I most definately keep my ears open and eyes out...( or something like that)
