Hi! Smile I have a digital camera, that came with it's own software, and it has worked great. However, the software is doing something now that it hasn't done before. It won't open a folder. It will open all of the other folders, but, won't open that one. It did open this folder at first...I don't know why it won't, now. I have tried all kinds of things, but, nothing has worked. I even contacted the company about it, and they haven't done anything to help. So, can anyone tell me why it's doing this, and how I can make it act normal?
Thank you! Smile

Trinity, at least give us a chance to solve the problem -- we're not psychic. Which camera? What software? Running Windows 95, ME, XP? What is the name of the folder, and the complete path to it? The exact text of any error messages would be helpful, too.
