I used to have a great recipe, but I guess that I misplaced it when I moved. Can anyone help me?

This is a fabulous recipe, perfect for the holidays since cranberry sauce is always on sale this time of year! Big Grin From our very own AnswerPool Recipe Book too!

Cranberry Meatballs

Here's another good recipe:

Swedish Cocktail Meatballs

Meatballs
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Mix ingredients together and form into small balls. Brown the meatballs well in cooking oil.

Sauce
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
1 (6 ounce) jar sweet pickle relish
1 can beer

Mix all ingredients together, then add all the browned meatballs. Simmer on low heat for approximately 30 minutes.

Yields 2 dozen large or 4 dozen small meatballs.

Have fun!

Y'all know me...I go for the easy way to cook.

Here's a variation of the Grape Jelly meatballs....sounds weird, but it's good!
You can use the sauce for little smokies, or cocktail weenies too.

Heat a bag of Armour Homestyle Meatballs according to package directions.

(or similar brand...whatever is available in your area...these are precooked and frozen meatballs)

Make a sauce using a small jar of grape jelly with a couple of teaspoons of yellow mustard. Taste it to see if you like more jelly or more mustard. Depends on whether you like it more sweet or more tart.

Throw in the heated meatballs, and keep them warm in a chafing dish or fondue pot or crockpot.
