These are the perfect thing for cocktail party appetizers, or even as your bread for a main dish.


8 oz. tube biscuits
¼ c. butter
3 Tbs blue cheese

Cut each uncooked biscuit into quarters. Arrange in 2 8" round pans. Melt butter and blue cheese together. Pour over biscuits, coating well. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400° till golden Serve warm.

That sounds Yummy! I wonder if you can use other sorts of cheese and get creative.. say with cheddar and adding bacon bits and sour cream, that sort of thing.

I'm sure you could Sher, but once I tried this, I really didn't have any desire to adapt the recipe! I can only make this every once in awhile as a special treat, because I could eat the whole tube of biscuits! Eek
