I need some quick, tasty appetizers to bring to work for our party. The problem is whatever it is needs to be something that can be left out for serveral hours. I've been doing this for eight years and have run out of new ideas.
Any suggestions?

1 lb. bulk sausage, room temp.(I use the hot flavor) 10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated 3 cups Bisquick mix 1 T chili powder
Mix all ingredients; blend well. Shape into small balls. Bake at 300 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot. 11-28-04, 05:35 PM Cyndiluwho_99 I also like to make hot spiced cider for parties, but if you need to have a 30 cup coffee maker that you use only for this. I found one at WalMart for about $20 bucks, and since I needed to use it every year, it was worth it.
In the basket: 1 bag (10 ounces or so) of Red Imperial Candies (Red Hots, we used to call them) 2 Cinnamon sticks 8 whole cloves
In the bottom: 1 quart bottle of apple CIDER (not juice) 2 2-liter bottles of ginger ale
Plug in the pot and let it perk til the light goes off.
