Oil for deep frying
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped black olives

Cook pasta shells in large pot of boiling salted water for about 8-12 minutes. Drain well then let stand at least 30 minutes until completely drained.

In deep skillet heat oil to 400 degrees. Fry shells 1-1 1/2 minutes until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Roll shells in Parmesan cheese mixed with chili powder.

Combine Cheddar cheese, garlic, parsley, sour cream and olives. Stuff shells with mixture. Serve as is or bake just enough to heat through, about 15 minutes at 350.
