Japanese Chicken Wings


3 lb Chicken wings
1 cup Flour
1 Egg beaten with 1 tsp water
1 cup Oil

Sauce
3 Tbsp Soy or teriyaki sauce
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Red wine (or White)) vinegar
3 Tbsp Water
1 tsp Galic powder

Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat oil in deep pan.
While oil is heating, cut wings into 3 pieces.
Dip in slightly beaten egg, then in flour.
Fry in oil until brown and crisp.
Put in roasting pan.
Heat sauce until boiling.
Pour sauce over wings.
Bake at 275 F° for 50 minutes. The sauce thickens and will coat the wings.
