½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup grated parmesian cheese ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley 4 drops (or to taste) hot pepper sauce 1 can (8½ oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
Mix together and spoon into 2 cup oven-proof baking dish. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until spread is hot and bubbly.
Serve on crackers or pieces of hard crusty bread. ____________________
12-01-03, 08:32 PM Patricia This sounds really good. I love artichoke spreads and dips. I have a large jar of marinated artichokes. Do you think these would work for this dip?
12-01-03, 11:36 PM Nechama Do you believe it would taste the same with fresh artichokes?
12-02-03, 07:33 AM Sandy I think it would work fine with fresh artichokes, although I have never tried this. As far as marinated ones, if the marinade is not to strong, I think it would be fine
