4 slices bacon 1 16oz. can baked beans 2 tbs. finely chopped onion 2 tbs. chili sauce 1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 16oz. can Boston brown bread
In a medium skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Combine beans, onion and chili sauce in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature.
In a small bowl, whip cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until light. Cut bread into 10 thick slices. Generously spread each slice with cream cheese and top with a mound of baked beans. Crumble bacon over each sandwich.
