I am looking for an appetizer recipe. It uses filo dough, Brie (big circle), slivered almonds and apricot jam. In essense, you put the almonds and jam into the middle of a filo square, then the Brie, and maybe something on top. Fold the filo up and seal. Then you bake it. It is SOOOO delicious.

Does this sound familiar at all?

Actually, I found it. It is delicious, and here it is:

INGREDIENTS
1/2 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds
apricot jam

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.

Lay the puff pastry in the pie pan. Place the Brie (rind-side down) onto the pastry dough. Sprinkle almonds/jam mixture evenly over the top (this can also go on the bottom). Bundle the pastry dough up around the Brie.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with Breton crackers.

This is so simple, and so yummy, try it!
