I remember having something called "German Pancakes" for breakfast once as a kid. I loved it! It was very puffy, and it seems to me that we put powerdered sugar and syrup on top. However, that's all I remember. I have no idea whether it was egg based or some kind of bread. I'd kind of like to make it for my family. Has anyone heard of it? Does anyone know a recipe?
