12-31-03, 09:10 PM rhonda Yes, deep fried mozzarella sticks!! Thanks for clarifying that. Ragazzi's huge they are probably about 3 and a half inches around and they have a crumbly type of crust on them, seems like the cheese is dipped into a batter of sorts and then into a crumb mixture. any ideas?

Definitely one of my favorite appetizers!
01-03-04, 10:27 PM Sherasi I think that if you would freeze the cheese after you bread them and then do the flash fry deep fat fryer would work great. When the sticks float, you know that they are cooked! Smile
