I disagree. On the twelfth day, you would receive 78 alone. Remember, you receive a partridge each of the 12 days, two turtle doves on each of the 2nd-12th days, etc.

You would receive the following for all the twelve days:

12 partridges (12x1)
22 turtle doves (11x2)
30 French Hens (10x3)
36 calling birds (9x4)
40 Golden Rings (8x5)
42 Geese (7x6)
42 Swans (6x7)
40 Maids (5x8)
36 Ladies (4x9)

I think that totals 364 gifts.
