Yeah, that involved the first 3 notes and the judge deemed that it even though George Harrison did have these same notes in his song, it was not a malicious act.

There are just so many notes to go around.

I recently heard a Queen's song (not sure of the title) when Sagus was playing his music.

At first I thought it was "Ice, Ice, Baby"..... and I am like, why are you listening to that crap?

Turns out it must have been plagarized by "Vanilla Ice".
