How did the band "The Doors" get their name ?

From William Blake -

"If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, infinite."

While Blake coined the phrase, it's more likely that their name is a nod to Aldous Huxley's book "The Doors of Perception", which lauds the use of hallucinogenic drugs.
