What was the original name of what is now known as "The world's biggest street party"?

While this name is used for many festivals around the World and in the U.S. Mardi Gras is best known as "The world's biggest street party"

Fremont Street in Las Vegas, and Carnival in Rio are also given this appellation

I realise that the title is being claimed by many events.Including the one I'am looking for.Enough musicians for 40 stages and has a crowd to rival the Macy's thanksgiving day parade.

South Florida's two-week party known as Carnaval Miami, includes a crown event -- Calle Ocho, a massive, 23-block fiesta. Calle Ocho is a medley of live music and fresh food, and it has a crowd to rival the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and features 40 stages' worth of bands.

"Calle Ocho" is the big fiesta down here ( as we speak ) that's what I was looking for SR. But it's original name was not "Carnaval Miami" or "Calle Ocho" it was something else.

Eighth Street is too obvious, so let's try "Calle Ocho-Open House 8"
