ive read over and over and over how you're not supposed to eat after around 7 pm when your metabolism 'slows down'. is this based on people who go to bed around 11? what if your a night person and dont go to bed til 2 or 3 am? what if you go to bed around 9 pm because you have an early shift? what time should you not eat after?
