KK - So carbs and sweets get you hooked, wanting more?
Talk about a vicious cycle!

Sher - I can identify with what you're going through.
In 1991 I lost 75 lbs. on a behavior modification program, very similar to the one you've been on.

I took in 1200 calories a day.
I had energy, never got hungry, and never had cravings. (My nutritional needs were being met.)
After 9 months or so, I began to get hungry and began eating things that were bad for me.

I had changed my lifestyle - I went back to work and started college; so I don't know if this changed the balance of my intake/output of calories or what.
I know I let a lot of old bad ways of thinking creep back into my mind too, and that didn't help my self-esteem either. (I had also been in therapy earlier that year.)
Needless to say - the pounds eventually came back - with interest!

Anyway - Don't give up!
You've come this far - I know you'll find a way to reach your goal.
Maybe we can help inspire each other!
