I've never tried it, but I heard it gives a "Kick-ass" (if you'll excuse the expression) workout. I've had several friends that like the burn it gave them.

I have found Tae-Bo to be very helpful, myself. But you have to make sure you start with the introductory video, to ensure correct posture and such. You might want to check your local library or Blockbuster or other video store and see if you can borrow it from somewhere, instead of shelling out money for something you might not like.

I give tae-bo a thumbs up. I used to do fast paced aerobics with good results. After a while though, it seemed like I just stayed where I was. I didn't lose any more weight and I wasn't getting any more toned. I switched to tae-bo a couple of weeks ago and already I have lost a few more pounds. I also look a little more toned. Just remember to eat a healthy diet along with it and you'll do great!
