OK i`v been workin out with free weights for about 3 months now. And i weigh about 140, and i workout with 135lbs and Max 200lbs. My muscles use to get tight and and i`d be like "swole" after workin out but now they don`t. i wanna know if thats normal or am i doin someting wrong, and is there anything i can do to gain muscle mass. Thx.
