I was reading the label on Nutella hazelnut spread and one of the ingredients is partially hydrogonated peanut oil, i thought when an oil has been hydrogonated it's a trans fat. They claim it's trans fat free. Thanks
When has Nutella ever claimed to be trans fat free? I don't see that mentioned on their website. Indeed it does contains trans fat and in fact is on a list of 18 foods that wouldn't be permitted in Denmark because trans fat makes up more than 2% of the total fat. Choice Food Team
