Does anyone know who this guy is. I saw him on extreme makeover and the results were amazing. I am curious to know if anyone out there has bought and tried "Michael Thurmonds 6 week body makeover" If you have what were the results? Would it be worth dishing out all that money? Your opinions please.

I've never tried Thurmond's weight loss plan, but I have heard of it. I wouldn't pay a lot of money for any plan because I think most are rip-offs. I don't think his plan would work any better than plans that's a lot cheaper. Even tho his is supposed to be customized to your own matabolism, I find that hard to believe.

Since the Makeover is guaranteed to work, or money back, it might be worth trying, for people that's interested. That's just my personal opinion.
