when using the cable crossovers what is the difference between pulling the cables from the top position and pulling from the bottom position?

SaintDan, the difference is the muscle area of the pectorals that you are hitting. From the top you are using more of your lower pecs and from the bottom you are using your upper pecs or pectoralis major and minor respectively. Sort of like the difference between doing decline and incline presses.
