I need a good exercise routine to flatten my stomach. I'm ready and I promise to do it every day. I want to start now so it will be flat by summer. I'm ready!!! Big Grin Gimme the best advice and sites you have. GO! Big Grin Anyone want to join me? We can email each other once or twice a week to keep us honest! Wink

I am doing windsor pilates...I don't know how well it works, but it better work for all the pain it causes.

I will exercise 3x week. We can start to see results in 6 weeks. I can start Sunday Feb 8th. That will give me time to get all the junk out of my house. (Oh I am so addicted to Conversation Hearts it ain't even funny!!!) Smile

You can still do light exercises. Just check with your doctor first before you start any exercise. You can join in anytime! Hopefully by the time you have your baby it will be a way of life for me and not a whine of life for me. Wink

My sister and I are doing tae bo 3x wk and on the off days I will do pilates.

I need some encouragement to get a steady exercise routine going!

I haven't searched any sites before - but now I find this site.
And this site.
This is just offhand.

From personal experience, I've found that leg lifts and legs stretches (both done while flat on your back) also exercise the tummy muscles.

E-mail me - we'll get the improvement going! Big Grin

I have been saying I want to start at Curves for the last 2 months. I want a flat tummy too. Mine isn't bad but need improvements. Have you guys started yet?? I use to love showing off my belly. Not anymore. Count me in. Aiming for summer too.

good luck.
do a varitey of ab exercises (maybe a library book would illustrate) and try to get some aerobic exercise.
