A variety of exercise is good for you, using different muscle groups and increasing your heart rate. My suggestion is to do decent warm-ups before all exercising and after the work-out, do complete stretching exercises. These things will reduce the risk of injury.

Trust me, all of that is GOOD for you. I'm not sayin this to brag at ALL or anything, it's just to let ya know. I play softball in college, and we practice usually around 3 or 4 hours a day, never stopping. We run everyday and lift 3 times a week. The only day we don't practice is Sundays. And the worst that could happen to us is either tearing a muscle or breaking a bone from actually getting hurt. And the only reason we could tear a muscle is b/c of the strain we put on our arms from throwing so much. The exercise you do is GOOD for you. Nothing too strenuous. I'm impressed that you run for 30 minutes every day. i wish I had the motivation to do it on my own!
