Im 13, and about 4'10 and 145 lb., which is like 50 lb. overwight. But anywayz, I genetically have short legs and thighsand they are very sorts dumpy and pudgy looking. Im embaressed 2 be in shorts. Im working on the fat loss,do you no any thih or leg excersises. Anythin would be really helful thanx alot.

First, see your doctor about starting an exercise program. Achieving the ideal weight for your specific size, age, and shape is the most important part, and that includes exercise, not just dieting. The exercise should be geared towards burning fat (walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, etc.). Once you're at the weight your doctor recommends for you, then, and only then, should you worry about working on specific parts.

After you see your doctor for physical safety, exercises such as this and this. You can also look online and find some other books. Look in our links for the stores and E-bay at the top of the Answer Pool Main Page... lotsa info there.

Buy a pair of rollerblades and start hanging
out at the parks and beaches this summer. Rollerblading is fun and is a great leg exercise. You can wear a cute pair of capris or some lightweight pants. Bring a friend along. You won't even know your exercising, you'll be having too much fun in the sun. If you go 3x a week you will see results. Enjoy. smile
