i went rollerblading 4 days ago now and the next morning i had a pain in my knee. it hurts when i get up from sitting and when i walk and the leg is straight. since today when i sit with my knees bent it hurts straightening it. has anyone had this before? it seems like a muscle, but is inside my knee not on the surface.

Are your blades good quality ones or something you grabbed at Target wanting to give it a try? There is a big difference in quality. I have heard a lot of people complain about everything from blisters to sore joints using a poor quality blade.

I suggest to anyone wanting to give it a try to rent blades first and make sure you are getting quality blades. They usually are. They want you to buy off of them. You notice a drop in quality. You shouldn't get blisters or joint problems with well padded and good quality blades.
