I broke my hand playing softball about 3 months ago. It healed pretty slow but SHOULD be totally good by now, or so I thought. It still hurts when I try and throw hard, shouldnt' it be good to go by now?? It's made me get into the bad habit of my flipping my wrist when I throw. Any idea on any exercises or anything I could do to help?

Why not ask the doctor for an X-ray to verify healing and bone placement?

It seems to me that you need some physical therapy on your hand. A therapist knows the correct exercises for you, because the wrong exercises will make it worse.

Sherasi is right, go get an x ray.

But have you been doing any exercises ? You can't just expect to go from doing nothing with it for 3 months, to playing ball straight away. It can be a long process, to include manipulations, exercises and massage therapy.

If you don't do it that way, you can cause far more problems for the future

You can buy hand grip exercisers at sporting goods stores. Ask your doctor first!
