Ok here is the deal. I have a small maybe avgrage gut so to speak Frown and I'm 5'9'' and 140 and 21 years old. I would like some abs but the gut is hideing them.Mad I'm doing crunches ups and leg ups just about every day 2 reps of 20. I've been doing that for about a year and seeing no results. What are the propper steps of getting abs? Eat right, Doing cardo to burn some cal's and then work on the abs? I looked for diffrent excersies for abs but can not settle on one that would help me out. I don't eat that much and don't eat junk so to say. Any tips/advice?

Eat less fat, do more ab work (a lot more), and increase your overall calorie burning exercises. You can do all the ab work in the world, but if you don't burn off th fat around your stomach, only you will know about them. There is one factor that you have no control over, however: genetics. All the hard work in the world won't overcome a genetic predisposition towards not having defined muscles. I knew a few guys on my wrestling team who did everything right - 45 minutes of hard exercises, including ab work, 20+ minutes of hard running stairs, a 2 hour wrestling practice, all 5 days a week, and a severe diet week in and week out, but they still looked like they had no muscular structure at all. Another guy did almost nothing, and relied on his natural ability, and looked like he spent hours a day working out. (He was also one of the best wrestlers in the nation for his age and weight.)

Eat right, do more ab work. "Just about every day 2 reps of 20" isn't going to get you there. Also, you have to eat. Not eating much is going to screw up your metabolism and make your body horde whatever intake you give it, and it will horde especially around the middle.
Eat several small healthy meals throughout the day, do AM and PM exercise sets, plus a workout three to four times a week (a run, an exercise tape or workout machine, whatever your pleasure).
I'm no expert in exercize, but I've seen this work. It's about changing your habits and having a healthy lifestyle, not just about crunches.
