I work full-time, have 2 small kids and suffer from some low energy and low blood sugar problems so I eat very frequently and make the meals pretty small. Since I'm in mid-40's, weight gain is happening. How can I do what I desire? - which would be walking 2-3 times per week, swimming twice a week and light weight lifting 4 times per week. Where is the time? Where is the energy? Where will my body be, if I don't? Ugh, such a dilema. (P.S. My youngest is 2 1/2, so worse case scenario, it will be easier to get away when he is 4 or 5). confused

Is there one in your area with a gym and child care? Often the child care is free, membership is inexpensive. You can leave the kiddies there and swim or exercise a couple times a week, why not create a moms group in your area, place an ad in the local paper requesting exercise partners, trade off the childcare everyweek, all of you go out and run or walk while one mommy heads to the park with the kiddies, the next week it is someone elses turn etc, etc,
