You might want to try this, I think it works, but you have to stick to it for a couple of months. I tried it for about two days and as usual I got bored and gave it up. I do have what I call a huge rubber band that was given to me by a doctor to treat weak ankles. I use it now to exercise my legs, and if I keep up with it, I hope to see some results in a month or two. Anyway, I'll stop rambling... Lie flat on your tummy, and take turns raising your legs about three inches from the floor, holding that position for the count of 10, slowly lower your leg to the floor and then repeat this for each leg about 8 to 10 times. You'll be able to fell your butt and the back of your thighs begin to respond almost right away.
