Can anyone tell me what they think about the Glider that they have out? I heard that this is good for people with knee and joint problems. My mom has this problem, and I ordered this for her. If anyone has used this let me know what they think aobut it ok? I ordered it from qvc.

Is this the glider where it appears the upper body does most of the work? Does she have arthritis? If she has arthritis, water is far easier on the joints. I signed my mom up for a water arobics class for people with health issues like this, she absolutely loves it. Check with your local YMCA.
